sewanow.com is the tenant website for finding rooms, booking, and paying online. SewaNow is an intermediary — we do not own or manage any property. Your tenancy is with the listing manager or owner.

On sewanow.com, enter a location on the homepage or use the search bar on the Search page. You can browse listings without signing in.
Each room page shows photos, monthly rent, booking fee, deposit, room details, amenities, availability, optional parking, property location, and a map link where available.
Sign in and open the room page. If the property allows it, email or phone contact details are shown there. Otherwise, proceed with Book on sewanow.com.
The Book button is available only when the room is open for booking. It may be unavailable if the room is occupied or another booking is already in progress.
