What SewaNow is

SewaNow is where you search for rooms, submit a booking, and pay your fees online. We don't own or manage any of the properties listed — each room is offered by an independent agent or owner.

Your tenancy — move-in, house rules, and day-to-day matters — is between you and them. SewaNow handles the listing, booking, payments, and invoices so you have a clear record of what you've paid.

Why we built this

Renting a room shouldn't mean guessing what you'll pay or chasing receipts. On SewaNow you see rent, fees, and deposit before you book, and every payment goes through your account with a proper invoice.

How it works

1. Find a room

Search by location and browse what's available. Each listing shows photos, monthly rent, fees, deposit, amenities, and availability.

2. Book online

Choose your move-in date, contract length, and optional parking. Review the full cost summary before you confirm.

3. Pay securely

Pay your booking fee (and security deposit if required) through Billplz. Your payment status appears in your SewaNow account straight away.

4. Move in and pay rent

Once your booking is accepted, your tenancy begins. Monthly rent and other invoices show up in your account — pay them the same way.

What you can expect

Clear pricing upfront

Rent, booking fee, admin fee, and deposit are shown before you submit a booking, so you know what you're paying for.

One place for payments

Booking fees, deposits, and rent are paid through Billplz and recorded against invoices in your account.

Before you book

Your rental agreement is with the property agent or owner — not SewaNow. A few things worth doing before you pay:

  • Read the listing and fee breakdown carefully before you pay.
  • Pay only through invoices in your SewaNow account via Billplz — not via bank transfer or instructions sent outside the platform.
  • Visit the room before move-in to make sure it matches what you saw online.
  • Move-in arrangements, house rules, and tenancy terms are between you and the property agent or owner.
  • Keep your booking confirmations and invoices — they're your payment record.
  • If payment instructions don't match an invoice in your account, contact us at support@sewanow.com or on WhatsApp.
