By accessing and using SewaNow, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use SewaNow for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on SewaNow
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Room Listings

Room owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. SewaNow does not verify the accuracy of listings and is not responsible for any misrepresentations. Users should exercise due diligence when booking rooms.

4. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify SewaNow immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

SewaNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
